How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within Australia takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 7-21 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your MADMIA gear! We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options including Afterpay and Klarna.
Are MADMIA socks one-size-fits-all?
Most of our socks are designed as 'One Size Fits Most' for ages 6 to 99. We also offer a specific 'Toddler' range for ages 3-5 to ensure a perfect fit for smaller feet.
How should I wash my MADMIA products?
To keep your colors vibrant and accessories intact, we recommend a cold hand wash or a gentle cold machine wash inside a laundry bag. Always air dry and avoid tumble drying.
